DEE COOPER - DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT & SERVICE

Dee Cooper is the Director of Product & Service at Virgin Atlantic Airways, a new directorship for the company, demonstrating its continuing desire to ensure the best customer experience in the industry. Dee is responsible for creating the strategy for all classes of travel, driving the new developments to deliver top quality product and services supporting the Virgin brand. Dee joined the company in April 1995 as Product Designer and in 1998 was promoted to Head of Design.

In 2001, she moved sideways to set up the Product Team and was responsible for the commercial aspect of the product lines. In 2006, Dee took an employment break to go travelling around the world but returned in 2007 to Virgin Atlantic taking on the role as Director of Product and Service.
